Happy Hispanic Heritage Month! I wanted to kick off this fabulous month by highlighting some of the Latinas that inspired me, and endless other Latinas growing upwards! These are the PIONEERS of the plus-size game! These Latina plus size pioneers paved the way for so many by shattering outdated beauty standards and following their dreams.
Seeing someone who looks like you, doing something you lot never thought possible, was truly inspirational and life-changing for me. I wouldn't exist where I am today if it wasn't for these bellezas!
It goes to show how powerful representation is, and why we must continue to push for diversity in the fashion industry!

1. Grisel Paula
